澳门新浦京举行留学生中国传统体育运动体验活动


52-3日,澳门新浦京在江宁校区留学生公寓开展了留学生中国传统体育运动——太极拳体验活动,为期两个半天的体验活动共有31人次的留学生积极参加,体育部教师、“陈式太极拳”传承人朱志峰老师现场指导。



朱老师对太极拳的起源及功能进行了介绍,使同学们对太极拳有一定的了解。随后,同学们跟随朱老师学习了拳法中的“起势、金刚捣碓式、鹤翔式”等动作。在老师的指导下,同学们体会到了太极拳“刚柔并济、意气合力”的内涵,享受太极拳带来的健康和快乐。短短两个半天的体验活动,同学们都觉得意犹未尽。朱老师表示,太极拳贵在坚持,难在坚持,欢迎来自全球各地的留学生同学加入学校太极拳协会继续学习!

In China the most common influential cultural roots practiced everyday as Chinese traditional medicine is Tai Chi. This is a non-competitive form of physical and psychological medicine, exercise defined as a slow body movement used as a defense training, health benefits and meditation. Today I was lucky enough to experience and learn this ancient Chinese form of art which has been adapted globally due to its health benefits. Today I did not only learn how Tai Chi makes you reflect on energy balance between the body and the mind but also how much discipline you need while actually practicing it. Trust me it looks easy and simple on the outside but takes a lot of hard work. In some ways it is similar to Yoga. Most importantly it was great being taught by one of the best Tai Chi teachers globally 朱老师 and need I say it was an honor. I have been told that Tai Chi helps prolong life by strengthen body’s muscles and joints, aid in preserving healthy individuals from illnesses and psychological anomalies, well today it did absolutely help keep my mind at ease and forget about the troubles happening around us even though it was just for a couple of hours.

译文:在中国,太极拳是理论思维与武术、艺术、中医等的完美结合,是一种集颐养性情、强身健体、技击对抗等多种功能为一体的文化。今天我很幸运能够体验和学习这种古老的中国艺术形式,由于它对健康的益处而在全球范围内得到了广泛的应用。今天我不仅学会了太极拳如何使身体和心灵之间的能量平衡,而且还了解了实际练习时有很多规则。相信我,它看起来很简单,但是需要很多努力。在某些方面,它类似于瑜伽。最重要的是,有全球最好的太极拳老师教我,我感到非常荣幸。我以前就听说,太极拳通过增强身体的肌肉和关节,缓解压力和焦虑,让人摆脱身体疾病和心理异常的影响,延年益寿。今天好了,即使只是几个小时,它真的使我轻松自在,并且忘记了我们周围的烦心事。

Hay just came across Thi Chi class arranged by SIE here in the international student’s dormitory this afternoon. One of my friends asked me to join the session and I am glad I did. Tai Chi is a form of traditional Chinese martial art that is practiced since centuries. Tai Chi involves slow body movements, breathing techniques and unique postures. It is believed that Tai Chi is a form of dynamic meditation that helps with the flow of energy, calms the mind and relieves tension in the body. It has tones of health benefits and helps to relieve stress and anxiety. I was surprised to hear that Tai Chi has some other techniques too and can be used as a form of self defense. Thank you so much for arranging such a nice activity it was beautiful and helped a lot in releasing all that emotional energy.

译文:今天下午在留学生公寓偶然发现国教院安排的这次体验活动,我非常高兴我参加了。太极拳是以文化为核心思想,武术为运动原则:形成的一种内外兼修、柔和、缓慢、轻灵、刚柔相济的传统拳术。太极被认为是一种动态冥想的形式,有助于能量的流动,平静大脑,缓解身体的紧张。我知道它对健康有益,有助于缓解压力和焦虑,不过通过这次体验课,我惊讶地发现太极拳居然也是一种自我防卫术。非常感谢国教院安排了这样一个美好的活动,帮助了释放了一些不好的情绪。

I have been attending the Tai Chi class in our school at the international student’s dormitory. I have found it to be most helpful with my balance and physical movement. I have fallen several times in the past and truly needed assistance in this area. The class is well done and I have not fallen since taking it. I just wanted to say THANK YOU NMU and Zhu laoshi for the (Tai-Chi) class. It has improved my balance, flexibility and stamina. Hopefully another class can materialize as it is beneficial to us.

译文:我很高兴我参加了“五一”假期国教院组织的这次中国传统文化体验课。我发现它对我的平衡和身体运动有很大的帮助。我过去经常会摔倒,在这方面确实需要一些指导和帮助。这门体验课非常好!我想向朱老师说声“谢谢”!它提高了我的平衡、灵活性和耐力。

I am so glad that SIE arranged this session. After two days practice, I think Tai Chi is one of a unique workout, with an emphasis on continuity, connection and your feeling of flow-the mind/body connection. In that relaxed yet energized state, your movement becomes free, the energy inside you is awakened, and your mind becomes peaceful and calm, you find balance. And when you find balance, everything just works better. I find Tai Chi to be one of the most relaxing and comfortable workout and it has its health benefits including mobility, balance, strength and flexibility. Most importantly, Tai Chi is for any age and gender.

译文:我很高兴国教院安排了这次体验活动。经过两天的练习,我觉得太极拳作为一种独特的锻炼方式,重点在于连续性,连接性和流动感-身心连接。在那种放松而又充满活力的状态下,运动变得自由,内在的能量被唤醒,思想变得平静祥和,然后你会找到一种平衡。当找到平衡时,一切都变得更好。我发现太极拳是最放松,最舒适的锻炼方式之一,它对健康有益,包括活动性,平衡性,力量和柔韧性。最重要的是,太极拳适合任何年龄和性别。

I always loved Chinese Gongfu. I have practiced martial arts a lot when I was younger. To have the chance to do it again brought back many fond memories. Moreover, it felt great having an outdoor activity during these trying times. The teacher was kind and very patient with us. Most importantly, I had fun sharing this moment with friends. Many thanks for organizing this event. I hope there will be more activities for the foreign students in the future.

本次活动让留学生在强身健体的同时,感受了中华传统武术的魅力,度过了一个健康快乐的“五一”假期。
